First Fridays: The Academy Is Art Auction Opening

First Fridays September features the opening of the 2020 Art Auction Fundraiser, showcasing works from local and regional artists available for public bidding September 4 – 18, 2020.

Half of the proceeds from the Art Auction will benefit the Academy Center of the Arts’ Arts Access Program, with the second half of the proceeds directly benefiting participating artists you know and love.

The Art Auction opens on Friday, September 4, 2020, during First Fridays September for in-person viewing from 5:00PM – 8:00PM. The show may also be viewed online through our virtual auction platform or by scheduling private visitations Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, by contacting tbatt@academycenter.org.

Please note that social distancing controls, health screenings, and a mask mandate will be in effect for the First Friday opening.

 The Art Auction closes on Friday, September 18, 2020. Winning bidders will be contacted following the close of the show.
